What is the lead time and delivery time?
We set the date individually (depending on specifications and availability). At the quotation stage, we provide an estimated date and method of transport and unloading.
Warranty and service – what does it look like?
We provide after-sales support: start-up, inspections, and service. Warranty terms are tailored to the model and manufacturer; details are provided in writing.
We maintain access to frequently replaced components and quickly source less common parts.
Is training in machine operation included in the price?
Yes, training is included in the price of the machine. During implementation, we train operators in operation and occupational health and safety, so that the machines operate efficiently and safely from day one.
Can I get a lease or a grant?
We help with leasing formalities and documentation for assistance programs. We advise on how to prepare applications to avoid getting bogged down in paperwork.
Do you offer used machines or exchange of old equipment?
We occasionally have post-lease/post-demonstration equipment. We accept trade-ins on selected devices – pricing after inspection.
How to care for the machine?
Regular inspections, lubrication according to the instructions, and inspection of working parts. When you hand over the equipment, you receive a service checklist for the season.
Where do you operate and how far do you travel?
We provide deliveries, implementations, and service throughout Poland and abroad. Headquarters: Nowe Miasto nad Pilicą (ul. Kwiatowa 25). We determine the scope of travel individually – submit your location, and we will select the logistics and date.
